About the event
Welcome to the "Create Your Own Website with Wix" hands-on workshop! If you've been putting off creating your own website, this workshop is for you. During this hands-on workshop, we'll guide you through creating your own custom website using Wix.
During the workshop, you will achieve:
- Define the goals of your new website.
- Create a sitemap for your new website.
- You will need to create all text, images and/or short videos you want to use on your website in advance.
- As part of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to choose a template specialized in your business niche and we will guide you through the entire process of creating your website.
- Even if you don't finish building your website during the workshop, you can purchase two or more hours of virtual post-workshop support. The hourly rate for post-workshop support will be $47 USD per hour either virtually or in-person within 8 days following the workshop.
The workshop includes hosting, templates, domain, and first year of online hosting of your website. However, please note that it does not include website renewal after the first year online. The estimated annual renewal price is $250 USD per year.
